Abdulla Al-Otibi, Assistant CEO of Aayan Kuwait Auto Company, announced the introduction of 2014 models in the Operational Leasing product, which Aayan is a pioneer in.

In this context Al-Otibi pointed out that Aayan was able to achieve all its sales targets for this year, due to the increase in demand for the operational leasing product at Aayan, as a result of its keen efforts to diversify the car models available and after-leasing-services provided to both company and individual clients.

He continued saying that the company increased its focus in the current year at the corporate leasing sector and governmental tenders, leading to an increase in its operations in this important sector, and was able to attain a number of important public tenders. Al-Otibi explained that the increased demand for the operational leasing by clients results from several reasons, mainly their knowledge of the advantages of leasing, as the company is keen to provide the best products for the client to choose from them what suits him; adding to that the best services during the leasing term including alternative cars, free maintenance, quick service, assistance on the road, and comprehensive golden insurance.

Al-Otibi commended the VALUE service that Aayan offer to an elite group of its clients who receive accordingly a number of distinctive after lease services such as extra mileage, ability to travel to GCC countries, and many other service designed for the comfort and luxury of members of VALUE service.

On the other hand, Al-Otibi indicated that the company has developed its logistic capabilities to support and serve company clients, whether organizations or individuals. In this regard it has conducted an expansion of company garage in Ahmadi city to accommodate a larger number of vehicles, reduce client’s waiting period, and cover a larger segment. Moreover, all repair and technical malfunctions services has been made available to individuals and corporations during leasing; in addition to enhancing emergency service to become 24 hours per day in all areas of Kuwait.

As for the used cars (Mudalala), Al-Otibi said that Aayan sought geographic expansion to connect with all segments of clients, hence was the opening of our used cars showroom in Aswaq Qurain (Auto Zone) in the first quarter of this current year. This was followed by the opening of a new branch in Ahmadi city in the third quarter, bringing the number of used cars (Mudalala) branches five branches covering all areas of Kuwait. In terms of expansion in the GCC countries, our subsidiary, Aayan Saudi Company opened its new used cars showroom in KSA in the city of Dammam in the Eastern Province during the second quarter of current year 2013.
